For MSNBC, supposedly. Sometime between 5:30 and 6:00 Eastern; 4:30 and 5:00 Central. Or thereabouts -- might leave a little cushion to make sure, if you are related to me and are taping it.
In even more exciting news, I hate driving and parking downtown so much that I'm letting them send a car for me. SEND A CAR. Wheeeee!
I sincerely hope you had their people call your people, even if it meant going out and finding a people ...

[ link ]Okay, if you saw it, we can just talk openly about the fact that I looked like absolute shit. I have no idea what the HELL is going on, or if I'm dying of consumption or what. That's absolutely horrifying. I am not a great beauty, but I swear to God, I'm cuter than THAT. It has SOMETHING to do with how my hair is making my face look really square, which it isn't, and something to do with my absolute inability not to make weird faces.
I may never do that again, because that has me very depressed.

I thought you did a great job, you speak well on TV, no 'ums' and 'ahs' and in short, you rocked it. Too bad that darn hurricane cut you off. So when do we get the recap?

[ link ]I do a lot of TV, and have never, ever, even once thought I looked like anything other than shit warmed over. So I understand exactly how you feel. Your friends and family will tell you "Oh, for God's sake, it wasn't THAT bad." And you'll know in your heart they're lying.
They're not. I had zip to go on by way of preconceptions, because I don't like to look at pictures of people whose intellect and writing I have come to respect from afar, for fear of that odd dissonance that can happen ("How is someone so witty and clever not gorgeous?"). But the God's honest truth is - you looked just fine.
More importantly, you were smart and witty and cogent ... as I expected. Which makes you a hottie in my book.
