Golly. The guys at Fox News certainly do come up with some interesting court filings. Nothing like calling a guy "deranged" just because he got your guy's goat on C-SPAN.

Honestly. It's *Al Franken*. As if you can TM "fair and balanced". And it's Fox! I'd understand there problem if he called it "Slanted and Loaded".

According to Matt Drudge, the entire lawsuit is a product of Bill O'Reilly being a big crybaby.
