Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders ship within 3 business day of the order placement if they are in stock. Occasionally, we will offer custom designs, which may take up to 3 weeks to ship. Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays.

Q: What is Frolic and Detour's shipping policy?

A: Frolic and Detour offers domestic UPS and USPS ground shipping as well as certain local delivery options in the New York City metropolitan area. At checkout you may find additional options, including expedited shipping. We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You can track the status of your order by logging into your account at www.frolicanddetour.com or using the tracking number that will be provided in an email once your product ships. 

Please review the confirmation email.  Please contact us ASAP at hello@frolicanddetour.com if you notice an error with your shipping address. We cannot guarantee edits received over 24 hours after an order has been placed and they may incur a change of address fee.

Q: What is Frolic and Detour's return policy?

A: We are pretty confident you’re going to love your cabana sets.  If you don’t, you may return your item unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Orders with customization cannot be returned, except for repair due to the product being materially defective.

Please note that we only exchange items if they are materially defective or damaged and have been used for the purpose for which they are intended. You may exchange your item unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

To do return or exchange, send us an email at hello@frolicanddetour.com. F+D will only cover the shipping fees for the return of materially defective, damaged, or incorrect items and reserves the right to replace defective or damaged items in its sole discretion. For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
